We hate Teresa Earnhardt
We hate her. I mean, we seriously hate her. And as southern gentlemen, we try to treat ladies with respect and reserve our name calling for the men, but at this point there is only one word to call Teresa Earnhardt - __________.
Junior won’t get his father’s company, the Budweiser sponsorship, and now the #8.
Check out the story here.
A lot of tattooed fans won’t be happy at all.

I can feel your hate, but stop for a minute and realize that long be the snot nosed little e was known she along with Dale starting and running a company. Long before little e sat at his dad and step-mother breakfast table and begged them to let him drive she was trying to make the company a success while Dale drove for another company. Dale Jr has bad mouthed her since he was small and she finally had her fill.

The little E may have had his problems, but like any southern child his fother pushed him to be the best at what he was good at. Racing is there family, and if Big E’s wife does not understand that, then she is no southern wife. Maybe little E shouldn’t get the whole company but he has certainly gained his fathers respect, and also his fathers fans respect!

Personally I think Teresa should be ashamed of herself. Not letting Dale JR. keep a number that him and his Father developed and had so much success with is just bad business sense and detrimental to the legacy of DEI. I am and always will be a Dale SR. & JR fan. I was a fan of DEI because of who started it and what it stood for. If SR. was still around and JR. chose to move on to another organization you know damn well SR. would let JR. go with the #8 and his blessing.
Teresa has alienated a lot of NASCAR, DEI, and Dale SR fans by her actions as of late. I really hate to say it but I hope in the near future Dale JR’s success and Teresa continued failure as the figure head of DEI will eventually place Dale JR. at the head of DEI where he belongs and where his father wanted him to be in the first place.
The corporation is (DEI) Dale Earnhardt Incorporated not (TEI) Teresa Earnhardt Incorporated.
I feel disenfranchised by Dale JR. having to change numbers not to mention sponsorships because of Teresa. The new number and car paint scheme just don’t do it for me at all. I am still a fan of Dale JR. and I hope that this number and sponsor thing turns out to be an interim thing that will return to normalcy before JR’s career comes to a close.
Just and avid Nascar and Dale SR. & JR. fans thoughts.

Dale Earnhardt’s will — signed in December of 1992 — awarded 100% of the team to his widow, Teresa Earnhardt. Earnhardt, Sr. owned 100% percent of the stock in DEI, and his will empowered Teresa “to retain and carry on any business or property in which I may own an interest at the time of my death.” It also specifically stated that Teresa should receive “all of the stock owned by decedent in Dale Earnhardt Inc.”
I wonder why he did that ? well it’s not rocket science.
The only person to leave a team and take the number was Richard Petty and he had a majority stake in Petty Enterprises … the team he was leaving.
