Thompson to enter race, McCain may drop out

As one presidential candidate enters the race, rumors grow that another may be dropping out.

Once considered the front-runner with a near lock on the Republican nomination, John McCain’s campaign continues to fall into an abyss of insignificance.  All the while, the Fred Thompson buzz continues to grow and we now hear that he will officially announce his candidacy next week in his home state of Tennessee.
