That Politico story has been online since December 28, yet the indicted blog hasn't responded at all. One can't help but assume that the disgraced Adam Fogle is hoping desperately that this "negative press" will just disappear if he ignores it.

Given his constant attacks against Romney and other Republican candidates, coupled with his fawning praise of McCain, it seems apparent that Mr. Fogle is not the independent blogger journalist/commentator that we had been led to believe.

Out of respect to his readership and to the blogosphere-at-large, Adam Fogle needs to explain in detail both his "advising" and financial relationships with both Quinns. He needs to give specific examples demonstrating his independence from Quinn father and son. And, if these examples do not exist, Fogle needs to admit that he is simply the hired mouthpiece of a for-profit political consulting firm.
