Hinson decided to resign at the end of November 2007. Chad Walldorf claims that the list was written "months ago" which would explain why Rep. Hinson's name is out of alphabetical order from the rest. It was not known for sure at alleged time of authorization whether or not Rep. Hinson was running for re-election...
