this makes sense. if ballentine is appointed quinn could return to his old seat in the house. i bet quinn is pushing house members to get ballentine to run.

    Haha

Quinn lost his House seat because he lost touch with his district people. He was too busy being Majority Leader. Ballentine is a Sanford toad…he will do as he is told…and nothing more.

Yeah, Rick is in Lexington. He also lost by a large margin to Ravenel in the treasurer election in his former house district.
