Happy Birthday McLovin!
Turns out, Adam Fogle turns one today. We want to take this time to wish him a very Happy Birthday.
Okay, we are kidding. The Scoop turns one today. Rick Quinn started the blog about a year ago, but he eventually wised up and hired new South Carolinian Adam Fogle to be the face of the site. We love reading the Scoop and we give him credit for having a shit ton more time than we do to update. But we have to ask - isn’t it funny how someone can move into SC and have such a deep knowledge of SC politics and already have so much hate in their heart towards certain politicos and politicians? It took us years to acquire that much hate. Years! It’s almost like someone else writes the Scoop. Wait a minute…

Everyone knows Adam doesn’t write the Palmetto Scoop, but is used only as the “public face.” Ever see the way the Quinn crowd acts around him? It’s like “We’re sorry we have to use you like this, kid, but you don’t just get a job with the Quinns without getting pimped out like a Two Notch whore for at least a couple years.”
I do think it’s good that you guys get it out there in the open though, I mean that’s a lot of pressure to put on a newcomer and people who “read the blogs” should at least know they can feel a little sorry for the guy without feeling guilty.
