Your previous post about the extra idiots who filed in SC has an interesting twist. My platform, which is identical to Huckabee’s, seems to be resonating with American voters. I was not a idiot after all. I do know how mainstream America feels, the majority of Americans. Now, the national media and others who even tried to bar Huckabee from getting coverage are having to back step. Yes, every national media ignored me also, but in the end, I think voters will prove this trend true.
My name is Cap Fendig, a fellow 2008 Republican Presidential Candidate from Georgia. I am an elected official, currently serving my second term. Gov. Huckabee and I stand identical in platforms. I just finished a 55 city/town tour in Iowa. I met Gov. Huckabee in Vinton, Iowa and my wife and I were very impressed.
Mainstream America is looking for fresh representation in Washington that is authentic, open, and honest. They are looking for a leader and leaders who want to do the people’s business, not become career politicians in the Washington system. Voter approval polls of Congress prove the majority of Americans feel a great disconnect between Washington and the everyday citizen. Many people in Iowa told me of their great concerns that national policy coming from Washington does not reflect the expectations and values of American citizens.
I knew Huckabee would surge forward much to the dismay of national media who long ago tried to “x” him and other candidates out of the national debates and coverage. Now, national media is finding out how Americans feel. When Iowa, NH, and SC vote early on, the choice will be firmly their opportunity to send a message to the nation and Washington that the polarized, partisanship of Federal government needs a new leader that will put “we the people” back in government.
I support Gov. Huckabee and if you do not want to support him with your vote, vote for Cap Fendig (www.capfendig.com)and send the same message. A surprise showing for Gov Huckabee and an unknown candidate like myself with the same message will shock the entrenched system in Washington.
Thanks, Cap Fendig
